JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri B.R. Viswanath, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R. Kumar, learned counsel for 1st respondent and Sri Naveen Patel, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent. Perused the writ petition papers.

(2.) Sri B.R. Viswanath, learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that he would not press the prayers (a) and (b). But however, he submits that in pursuance to the notification dtd. 30/9/2022, the 1st respondent University has issued recruitment notification for appointment of Assistant Professors under Kalyan Karnataka Cadre Recruitment. It is also submitted that petitioner belongs to Kalyan Karnataka Cadre. The applications are also invited to fill up two posts of Assistant Professors in the subject of Dairy Technology.

Sri Viswanath, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made her application in pursuance to the notification dtd. 30/9/2022 to the post of Assistant Professor - Dairy Technology and he prays for considering the petitioner's application in accordance with law and in terms of notification dtd. 30/9/2022.
