JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Criminal Petition No.9433/2022 is filed by petitioners/Accused Nos.2 and 3 under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in Crime No.236/2022 of Periyapatna Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Ss. 143 , 504 , 448 , 341 , 307 , 323 , 149 of IPC read with Ss. 3 , 27 and 29 of Arms Act, pending on the file of VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mysuru sitting at Hunsur.

(2.) The Criminal Petition No.9790/2022 is filed by the petitioner/accused No.1, who is the husband of complainant-respondent No.2, seeking regular bail in Crime No.236/2022 of Periyapatna Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Ss. 143 , 504 , 448 , 341 , 307 , 323 , read with 149 of IPC , pending on the file of the Principal Civil Judge (Jr.Dn.) and JMFC, Periyapatna, Mysuru.

(3.) Heard the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners in both the matters and learned High Court Government Pleader for respondent-State and learned counsel for Respondent No.2. Perused the records.
