JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records on admission.

(2.) The present petition is filed under Sec. 482 of Cr.P.C. with the following prayer :-

The brief facts of the case are as under :- Harish s/o Sridhar Kulkarni lodged a complaint with Terdal Police on 10/3/2017 stating that in respect of development of the Venkateshwara Temple situated at Terdal town, there was a dispute and on 9/3/2017 at about 9.00 p.m. when himself and Sudhindra Katti were in conversation, Prakash Kadadevarmath, Prakash Putani and others came there and then abused him and assaulted him. Basappa Gatade sustained head injury, Anil Kulkarni and others pacified the quarrel and therefore sought for the action. In respect of the same incident, Gururaj Kulkarni also lodged a complaint. Terdal Police registered crimes in Crime Nos.21/2017 and 23/2017.
