JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Sec. 173(1) of the MV Act seeking enhancement of the compensation awarded in MVC No.1054/2015 on the file of the III Additional District Judge and MACT-IV, D.K., Mangalore dtd. 19/5/2016.
