JUDGEMENT

(1.) The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent No.2 has renewed a trade licence which is in force up to 28/2/2025 and therefore, the petitioners are not interested to pursue this writ petition. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
