JUDGEMENT

(1.) After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to lead evidence of the petitioner and further submits that the trial court may be directed to record evidence of the petitioner as she is aged about 61 years.

(2.) Submission is placed on record.

(3.) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
