(1.) The case of the petitioner is that, his father was serving as a Village Accountant and died while in service. Hence, he sought for appointment on compassionate ground and it has been illegally refused by respondent No.2.
(2.) Learned AGA submits that the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy and has to approach Karnataka Administrative Tribunal, if he is so aggrieved.
(3.) For the aforementioned reason, the writ petition is dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum to redress his grievance. Time spent by the petitioner in prosecuting the instant writ petition shall be condoned by the Tribunal if any appeal were to be made by him.
