JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed for non compliance of the directions contained in the order dtd. 17/12/2021 passed by the learned Single Judge.

(2.) The effect of the stay order granted by learned Single Judge that show cause notice issued in a proceeding initiated under Sec. 111 of Code of Criminal Procedure have been stayed. The respondents have not committed violation of the order passed by learned Single Judge.
