JUDGEMENT

(1.) Sri.C.T.Parameshwarappa, learned counsel for appellant has appeared in person.

(2.) The facts are quire simple. The appellant filed a petition under Sec. 276 of Indian Succession Act seeking probate of the Will dtd. 12/6/2017 executed by her husband Sri.A.K.Venkataramanappa.

(3.) Learned counsel for appellant has urged several contentions.
