(2.) This appeal is filed challenging the judgment and award dtd. 20/6/2015 passed in M.V.C.No.596/2014 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge and AMACT, Karkala ('the Tribunal' for short) questioning allowing of the claim petition and awarding compensation.
