(1.) Heard the learned senior counsel Sri.D.R.Ravishankar appearing for petitioner, Sri.B.V.Krishna, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Sri.M.R.Shivashankaraiah, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.6.
