JUDGEMENT

(1.) Sri.D.G.Chinnappa Gowda, learned counsel enters appearance for respondent No.2.

(2.) The petitioner is before this Court calling in question the proceedings pending in C.C.No.53603/2020 before the X Additional CMM, Mayohall, Bengaluru registered for the offence punishable under Sec. 304-A of the IPC.

(3.) The parties to the lis have entered into a settlement on 23/7/2022. The terms of the settlement read as follows:
