K. MALLAIAH Vs. STATE OF KARNATAKA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) These two writ petitions are filed challenging an order passed by the land Tribunal dtd. 17/12/1986, by which, the land Tribunal conferred occupancy rights in respect of one Sri.Narayana Gowda, in respect of Sy.No.38, measuring 3 acres 4 1/2 guntas.

(2.) The petitioners claim to be the purchasers of portions of this land under the registered sale deeds of the year 1997, 2003 and 2005 from the land lords.

(3.) It is their case that they were not parties to the proceedings and therefore, they were unaware of the order passed by the land Tribunal.
