JUDGEMENT

(1.) These two Revision Petitions are filed challenging common order dtd. 11/6/2019 in Crl. Misc. No.9/2018 on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ballari.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, the parties to this Revision Petitions are referred to with their rank before the Family Court.

(3.) RPFC No.100067/2019 is filed by the respondent- husband, challenging the impugned order passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ballari and RPFC.No.100110/2019 is filed by the petitioner-wife, seeking enhancement of maintenance awarded by the Family Court.
