JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr.Pavana Chandra Shetty, learned counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) In compliance of the order dtd. 23/3/2022, Smt.Priyanka D'souza who is stated to be in Israel, appeared before us through video conferencing. She was identified by her son namely minor Praneeth K.G.

(3.) The aforesaid Smt.Priyanka D'souza stated that her date of birth is 14/11/1985 and she is in Israel and has travelled to the said country on her own volition. It is further stated by her that she has not been detained by anybody against her wishes in Israel. The aforesaid statement made by Smt.Priyanka D'souza is taken on record.
