JUDGEMENT

(1.) The prayer in this petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the representations dtd. 20/7/2022 and 21/7/2022. By the said representations, the petitioners had requested the authorities to constitute the School Development Monitoring Committee (hereinafter referred as 'SDM' for short).

(2.) Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that on the basis of the representations of the petitioners, the 4th respondent had addressed a letter to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to form a new SDM committee and it is also submitted that the respondents would shortly conduct the parents meeting for formation of a new SDM committee as per the Government order dtd. 26/10/2021.

(3.) In view of the submission of the learned Additional Government Advocate that a new SDM committee would be formed as per the Government order dtd. 26/10/2021 shortly, the prayer of the petitioners is already been partly complied with.
