JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is before this Court calling in question proceedings in C.C.No.28916 of 2021 pending before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bangalore arising out of Crime No.249 of 2020 registered for offences punishable under Sec. 304A r/w Sec. 34 of the IPC.

(2.) Heard Sri P.N.Nanja Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri K.S.Abhijith, learned High Court Government Pleader for respondent No.1 and Sri Nishad, learned counsel for respondent No.2.
