JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner was working as a First Division Assistant in the Court of Civil Judge and JMFC., Chitradurga.

(3.) An enquiry was conducted by the Senior Civil Judge & C.J.M. and Enquiry Authority, Chitradurga in D.E.No.1/2013 dtd. 10/9/2013. The Enquiry Officer held that the delinquent official had misappropriated a sum of Rs.24,445.00 included in the Article of Charges and Rs.10,580.00 not included in the Article of Charges.
