JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite notice being issue to the petitioners, they have not appeared nor have complied with the office objections.

(2.) The matter is listed for the sixth time for non compliance of office objections. It amounts to abuse of process of law, which cannot be permitted.

(3.) The writ petition is therefore, dismissed with costs of Rs.10,000.00 which shall be recovered from the petitioner.
