JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS review petition is filed seeking review of the order passed by me on 11.11.11.

(2.) I have heard Mr.S.Shekar Shetty, learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner, Mr.Keshava Bhat, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 as well as the State.

(3.) THE petitioner had called in question the order dated 10.2.2011 passed by the Land Tribunal granting application of the respondent seeking amendment.
