JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is claimants appeal seeking enhancement of compensation. The Tribunal has awarded compensation of Rs. 4,08,000/ with interest. Unsatisfied with the same, claimants are before this Court.

(2.) THE claimants are the wife, three minor children and mother of the deceased. The Tribunal has taken the income of the deceased at Rs. 3,000/ - and has awarded compensation of Rs. 4,08,000/ - under the following heads: <FRM>JUDGEMENT_3126_TLKAR0_2012.htm</FRM>

(3.) ACCORDINGLY , the appeal is partly allowed.
