JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE appellants being aggrieved by the Judgment and Decree dated 27.01.2007 passed in O.S.No.15362/2002 on the file of the XXVI Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bangalore, have presented this appeal.

(2.) WE have heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellants.

(3.) ACCORDINGLY the appeal filed by the appellants is dismissed as settled out of Court. Registry is directed to refund the Court fee paid on the memorandum of appeal immediately to the appellants either personally or through their counsel.
