JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE appeals though posted for Admission are heard for final disposal with the consent of learned counsel of both the parties.

(2.) MFA No.3283/2010 is filed by the KSRTC challenging the judgment of the Tribunal on the ground of negligence and also on quantum.

(3.) IN view of the discussions made above, the appeal filed by the Corporation is dismissed.
