JUDGEMENT

(1.) The first petitioner an Education Society is said to be registered, while the second petitioner the College commenced by the first petitioner, who sought permission to commence Post Basic B. Sc. , Nursing course for the academic year 2011-12 following which inspection was held on 10.02.2011 and both the Academic Council and Syndicate submitted a recommendation to grant permission on 07.03.2011 and 18.05.2011, respectively.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(3.) Sri. R. Omkumar, learned Additional Government Advocate submits, on instructions, that the order Annexure-E was on the premise that the petitioners' application was for commencing P. B. B. Sc. , Nursing course from the academic year 2011-12 and as the recommendation of the Academic Council and the Syndicate were received on 18.05.2012 after the last date for admission, the Government by order Annexure-E extended affiliation for the academic year 2012-13.
