(1.) IN a matter of conducting elections to a private body, this court rarely interferes and more so, in the exercise of writ jurisdiction, unless it is demonstrated that State and it officials have misused, abused or in any way have violated the statutory provisions affecting the election process or by the abuse of statutory powers some person is victimized or the persons fundamental rights are violated etc.
(2.) THE present contempt petition is on the premise that certain interim orders passed in a writ petition filed by some members of a Society has not been fully obeyed or complied with, particularly, in the matter of adhereing to the schedule as per a calendar of events, which had been placed before the Court.
(3.) THESE are all matters which become controversial in nature, more so, when facts are not clear and can be disputed. Disputes relating to an election process should be brought before the appropriate forum in the manner provided for in law.
