JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONS have been filed seeking for a direction to declare the petitioner institution is recognised as per the NCTE Act in view of the reversal order passed by the 1st respondent at annexure D dated 19.11.2010. Heard the counsel representing the respective parties.

(2.) THE appellate authority is shown to have issued a direction to the NCTE to issue fresh show cause notice and pass appropriate orders. In that view of the matter, the matter has to be reconsidered by the NCTE.
