JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner seeks bail following the case having been registered against him and others in Crime No.102/2012 in respect of the offences under various Sections of the Karnataka Forest Act.

(2.) SUBMISSION of the petitioner's counsel is that this Court has granted bail to other accused in the very same Crime No.102/2012 and therefore this petitioner also be granted similar relief though the relief sought is for anticipatory bail.
