JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE resolution dt. 23.3.2011 of the Academic Council extending two opportunities to students, in the Under Graduation and Post Graduation level, who have failed to pass in all the subjects during the period of 10 years from the date of admission to the course, is not applicable to the petitioner who was admitted to the B.Com Degree course in the year 2004. Petitioner appeared for the examination in the subjects 'Financial Accounting' and 'Corporal Accounts' held on 13.11.2010 and 15.11.2010 respectively, by the respondent -University pursuant to the interim order dt. 10/11/2010, hence is entitled to have the results, declared. Petition is ordered accordingly. Respondent -University to declare the results forthwith.
