JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for the respondent- State. The petitioners are before this court seeking quashing of the proceedings in Cr.No.157/12.

(2.) SUBMISSION of the learned Government Pleader is that, now the charge sheet has been submitted and therefore the petitioners can move the trial court for appropriate relief.
