IN the light of the admission of D.W.4 in cross -examination that instructions to write the Will was issued by the Panchayathdars and not the testator, whether the courts below were justified in dismissing the suit for declaration, partition and separate possession?. Respondents are directed not to alienate, encumber or otherwise, change the nature of suit schedule property until further orders.
