JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER has sought for a direction to respondents to consider his request for allotment of site and to implement the decision vide Annexure-A, dated 9.1.2007.

(2.) THE records reveal that the petitioner made a request for allotment of site in Harohalli Industrial Area, III Phase, Bangalore, in the year 2006 with the respondents. THE State Level Single Widow Clearance Committee in its meeting held on 20.11.2006, has approved the petitioner to establish an Unit for manufacture of Auto Turned High Precision Micro Components and consequently recommended the respondents to allot 2 acres of land in Harohalli III Phase Industrial Area. Since the industrial site is not allotted, he made representations as per Annexures-G, and H, dated 5.2.2011 and 30.8.2011 respectively praying for allotment of site at the earliest. Since no useful purpose is served, this writ petition is filed.
