JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER has sought for issuance of a writ of certiorari to quash the order dated 24.5.2011 at Annexure 'A' and also to issue writ of mandamus directing the respondents to regularize her services as Assistant Professor on par with others. Petitioner was working as Guest Lecturer since 2001 in the department of Kannada in 7th respondent -college. She has sought for regularization of her services in the department to the post of Assistant Professor as she has put in ten years of service as on 25.2.2011. Since the same has not been considered, this petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents in this regard by issuing writ of mandamus.
