(1.) PETITIONERS in this case were granted temporary anticipatory bail by this Court on 29.06.2012 and now, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the order of temporary anticipatory bail be made absolute.
(2.) IN this connection, submission made by the petitioners' counsel is that the charge sheet has been submitted and therefore, question of the petitioners trying to interfere with the investigation will not arise. As far as the other factors are concerned, submission made is that two of the three petitioners are women and there have been no complaint so far as regards the petitioners have violated any of the conditions imposed upon them while granting temporary anticipatory bail on 29.06.2012. Therefore, learned counsel seeks absolute anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
(3.) LEARNED counsel for respondent No.2 on the other hand, argued that the petitioners are likely to take some steps towards putting up construction in the C.A. sites which have been the focal point of the complaint allegations and therefore, submission made is that the petitioners be directed to approach the trial court.
