JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed by the petitioner on 29/8/2020. It is revealed from the order-sheet that, when the case was posted on 27/11/2020, 11/12/2020, 18/12/2020 and 13/1/2021, there was no representation by the petitioner's counsel. The matter is coming up before the Court for the fifth time and even today, there is no representation. Hence, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

(2.) Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
