JUDGEMENT

(1.) These appeals are filed under section 173 (1) of the Motor Vehicles Act (for short 'the Act') challenging the judgment and award passed in MVC No.466/2015 dated 02.03.2017 by the Additional Senior Civil Judge and Additional Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal') Bidar.

(2.) MFA No.200709/2017 is filed by the owner of the vehicle questioning liability fastened upon him and MFA No.201130/2017 is filed by the claimants seeking enhancement of compensation.

(3.) The parties are referred to as per their ranking before the Tribunal.
