JUDGEMENT

(1.) MFA No.20013/2013 is filed by the owner of the vehicle, on whom the tribunal has saddled the liability.

(2.) MFA No.22560/2013 is filed by the claimants seeking for enhancement.

(3.) The case put forth before the trial was that the deceased Manjunath on 3/6/2008 was riding pillion on a motorcycle bearing registration No.KA-15/L-0042, which was being driven by the first respondent and at that point of time, a bull came across the road and the motorcycle collided with the bull and as a result of the impact, the bull died on the spot and the Manjuanth suffered serious injuries and ultimately succumbed to the injuries on the following day.
