KUMAR Vs. STATE OF KARNATAKA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petition is filed under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C., praying to enlarge the petitioner/accused No.1 on bail in Crime No.349/2020 of Gundlupete Police Station, Chamarajanagara registered for offences punishable under Ss. 448, 307, 397 read with 34 of IPC.

(2.) Petitioner approached this Court in Criminal Petition No.7728/2020 seeking similar relief at crime stage. The said petition was dismissed as not pressed, permitting the petitioner to approach the Sessions Court in view of filing of charge sheet.

(3.) Charge sheet has been filed against accused Nos.1 to 3 for offences punishable under Ss. 450, 506, 307, 392, 394, 397 r/w 34 of IPC.
