JUDGEMENT

(1.) This review petition is filed seeking review of the order dtd. 11/12/2020 passed by this court in W.P.No.52865/2015, by which this court had allowed the petition on the following grounds:

(2.) After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I find that the order dtd. 11/12/2015 passed in W.P No.52865/2015 does not suffer from any error apparent on the face of the record warranting interference of this court.
