JUDGEMENT

(1.) Apprehending their arrest in Crime No.33/2020 of Women Police Station, Udupi, the petitioners have preferred the above petition seeking anticipatory bail.

(2.) Petitioners are accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.33/2020 of Women Police Station, Udupi. Accused No.1 is their son. The marriage of accused No.1 and the complainant Roshal Britto was solemnized on 11.02.2018.

(3.) On 05.12.2020 Roshal Britto filed the complaint against the petitioners and accused No.1 alleging that soon after the marriage, accused subjected her to physical and mental cruelty in connection with their unlawful demands. It is further alleged that on 01.03.2018, the accused took her to Doha, Qatar and they subjected her to cruelty there also.
