JUDGEMENT

(1.) Defendant Nos.22, 23 and 33 have filed this appeal seeking setting aside the order dtd. 12/4/2021 passed on I.As.I and II in O.S. No.99/2020 by the learned III Additional Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Belagavi, insofar as it relates to the appellants.

(2.) Respondent Nos.1 and 2 were plaintiffs, respondent Nos.3 to 8 are defendant Nos.1 to 6 and the appellants are defendant Nos.22, 23 and 33 in OS No.99/2020.

(3.) The parties will be referred to the ranks which they were holding in the trial Court.
