Decided On April 17, 2021
TEJ SINGH Appellant
V/S
STATE OF KARNATAKA Respondents

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed by the petitioner on 21/11/2020. It is revealed from the order-sheet that, when the case was posted on 24/11/2020 and 1/12/2020, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner or his counsel, a week's time was granted to comply with the office objections. When the matter was posted on 8/1/2021, two days time was granted to comply with the office objections. On 20/1/2021, the learned State Public Prosecutor was directed to accept notice for the respondent-State. When the matter was posted on 6/2/2021, again there was no representation. The matter is coming up before the Court for the sixth time and even today, there is no representation. Hence, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

(2.) Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
