JUDGEMENT

(1.) The accused/revision petitioner is before this Court assailing the order dated 20.03.2020 passed in S.C.No.110/2019 passed by the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bagalkot sitting at Jamakhandi (hereinafter referred to as the trial Court), rejecting the application filed by the accused under Section 457 of Cr.P.C. filed for release of the Splendor Plus motorcycle bearing Registration No.GA-06/R- 6910 to his interim custody.

(2.) Heard learned counsel Sri.Sadanand M. K. for the revision petitioner and learned HCGP Smt.Seema Shiva Naik for respondent-State.
