JUDGEMENT

(1.) The subject matter of this writ petition is substantially similar to the one in W.P.No.14717/2020 between Smt. Suguna Nayak and Smt. Irene Nazarath & disposed off on 17/4/2021, except that the delay brooked in moving this petition is longer than what was in the cognate writ petition. Therefore, the fate with which the cognate writ petition met will be the fate with this writ petition counters, on the principle of parity.

(2.) Writ petition thus is rejected in limine.
