JUDGEMENT

Petitioners in all these petitions seek to challenge the orders dated 28.05.2018 and 05.03.2019, by which, the services of the petitioners is dispensed with on account of closure of the School run by the Border Security Force, Institute of Technology (hereinafter referred to as 'the Institute' for short).
