(2.) The petitioners are accused Nos.2 and 3 in S.C.No.175/2017 on the file of LXII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge (CCH-63), Bengaluru.

(3.) The petitioners and five others are being tried in the said case for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 144, 147, 148, 450, 427, 302 and 120B read with Section 149 of IPC on the basis of the charge sheet filed by the respondent police in Crime No.485/2016 of their police station.
