(3.) THE claimant has suffered the following injuries: (i) Left Trochanter jointer. (ii) Fracture of Talus. (iii) Cudoid. (iv) Calcaneum (v) Medial Malleolus and (vi) Proximal phlox of great toe on left side and injury all of the body.
