JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner has challenged the judgment and order of acquittal passed by the First Appellate Court setting aside the conviction ordered by the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bangalore City.

(2.) THE petitioner herein is the complainant whereas the respondent is the accused before the Trial Court.
