JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS appeal by the claimants is directed against, the impugned Judgment and Award dated 17/06/2006 passed in MVC No. 3632/2004 by the IX Additional Judge Court of Small Causes and Member, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal -7, Bangalore (SCCH -7) (hereinafter referred to as Tribunal for short).

(2.) THE Tribunal by its Judgment and Award has dismissed the claim petition filed by the claimants under Section 166 of M.V. Act. Being aggrieved by the same, the claimants have presented this appeal.

(3.) WE have heard the learned counsel for the claimants and learned counsel for third respondent.
