JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE Petitioner is before this Court seeking quashing of the appointment order dated 18.6.2007 issued by the 3rd Respondent at Annexure -M and for a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondsnt -Selection Commitee to appoint the Petitioner as Anganavadi worker in respect of Pillahalii village, Challatere Taluk.

(3.) THE main grievance of the Petitioner is, though 4th Respondent does not belong to backward class and is not a permanent resident of Pillahalli Gate village, Challakere Taluk, the selection of 4th Respondent to the post of Anganawadi workar is illegal.
