JUDGEMENT

(1.) The unsuccessful husband who has failed to get a decree of divorce has filed this appeal challenging the legality and correctness of the judgment passed by the Judge, Family Court, Mysore, dated 12.8.2008 in M.C. No. 63/2005.

(2.) We have heard the counsel for both the parties.

(3.) The facts of the case are as hereunder:
